When she is not helping State Rep Harry Osterman at the
Constiuent Office with a housing dilemma you can find Ora making
beautiful crystal earings.

Where were you born and raised?
Born in Joliet and raised in Lockport, IL. I attended Lockport Central High and Lewis University in Romeoville, IL.

What are you passionate about and how are you fulfilling that passion?
I am passionate about creating unique jewelry. I am creating jewelry, obtaining new skills, networking and meeting other designers. I am also passionate about helping people obtain services, resolve conflicts. Being truthful, showing compassion and tolerance for others is also important to me. These qualities come in handy in my work at the Constituent Office.

What do you like about Rogers Park?
The diversity! Friendly people, safe environment, the lake and good transportation

Which five people (living or dead) would you invite to a dinner party?
Samuel L Jackson, Martin Luther King Jr., Martha Harris (my mom), Susan Sarandon and Kurt Russell

What would you do if you had only a month longer to live?
Get my business in order

What was the last book you couldn't put down?
From Auschwitz to Mississippi, by Vathos

What was the last movie you had to walk out on?
I don't go to movies enough to walk out on a movie.

What place in Rogers Park, past or present, has special meaning to you?
Loyola Park Beach, the tranquility of the lake is a comfort to my spirit

What two establishments in Rogers Park besides your own do you tell your friends about?
Duke's 6920 N. Glenwood. It was opened by a friend and I want it to be successful!
